EPDM is a sheet material used as both a vapor retarder and air barrier. It seals cracks between sheathing joints from liquid water and wind while allowing water vapor to permeate. Soffit vents, roof turbines, ridge vents and gable vents provide attic ventilation. Centering is a temporary structure used to support masonry units in an arch form.
