- 20. What you can do best with Voting Mantra? • The candidate can transfer/broadcast various useful information as per category. For e.g, – Student – Women / Men (employed / unemployed, married / unmarried, religion / cast, skill / qualification, BPL yes / no and many more. – Retired or senior citizen. – General information.

Add new user • The candidate can create unlimited user accounts through this tab. • These user accounts can do data entry on your behalf. • The candidate can track the data entries done by user on day, week, month any duration basis. • The user account created by candidates have no rights to make any sms or email or voice calls or delete or export data.
- 48. Duplicate entries • The candidate can track duplicate entries. • The duplicate entries can be tracked on unique records such as, – Contact no.1 – Contact no. 2 – Adhar Card – Election Card • The candidate can search duplicate records and edit and update them with the corrected one.

Action • The candidate can set filter to get the desire voter information to whom they want to send sms / email / voice calls or print slips. • The candidate can select single record as well as all records for further process. • After selecting all records the candidate even can tick on both contacts box, where the second contact number will be even selected for further process. • Even the candidate can export or delete the records if required. • The charges will be charged as per the respective cost per sms / email / voice calls. • The delivery report will be in your inbox in next 12 hours. • The balance will be credited to the account after the confirmation of delivery report. • The candidate will not be charged for calls or sms not delivered. • The DND filter will be executed as per the law.

Design Templates • The candidates can create sms / email / voice templates by clicking on the template tab. • The template name created will be shown while sending the sms / email / voice calls. • The candidates can manage i.e delete their own templates created by clicking on manage template link.

Import • The candidate can import their data sheet if they have their data in excel format. • The sample excel data sheet is provided here for download. • The candidates have to note that they have to get their data as per the sample data sheet provided for download, else the data will not be imported. • Kindly be aware that duplicate records can be generated due to improper import, hence first delete the old data in the database and then import the new data.
- 78. Balance • The candidate can check their balance for sms / email / voice here. • The candidate can even see the delivery report and download it as per their requirement.
- 81. Terms and Conditions • Voting mantra offers 30 days trial period. – The candidate just have to pay registration charges Rs. 1000/-, against 2000 nos. SMS and 1000 Voice calls. – After the trail period offer the candidate have to shift for one year pack by paying charges Rs. 25,000/- or Rs. 1,00,000/- for 5 years. – The candidate will get exclusive rights for his specified area at the time of contract, and no other candidate from the same ward or constituency will get voting mantra registration or service for the registered specific area. – If found that the candidate is transmitting / broadcasting any sms or voice calls in other area other then his exclusive area, his / her license will be terminated without any explanation / notice. – In Trail period voting mantra will provide free service by assigning a dedicated person to send sms and voice call if required. After the trail offer the services if required will be charged at Rs.2000/- p.m. here this specific person will also provide or update the necessary information regarding government schemes, medical schemes, corporation schemes etc. time to time to broadcast in constituency. – The candidate will be provided detail sent report and DND report with every broadcast within 24 hours of broadcast, and will be charged only for delivered calls. The excess amount will be credited every 24 hours of broadcast. – Free Slip Printing option will be provided to every candidate. – The candidate can send sms/email/voice calls between 9.30 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. – Candidate cannot broadcast any sms/email/voice prior 48 hours of voting. – Seasonal discounts or offers will be updated directly in current balance and sms/email/voice charges time to time. – In case of any matter not covered here in and/or for interpretation of any content, the decision of the competent authority of the Xmetric shall be final and binding on all concerns. – All rights are reserved with Xmetric.
