Task B Questions for group discussion What is the impact of e-learning on training and trainers’ work?  In what ways might Web 2.0 tools offer opportunities to support training? How can we encourage and recognise informal internet-based learning?  What challenges face trainers in a Web2.0 rich world? How might e-learning opportunities affect the identity boundaries of trainers?
Where do we go from here? Is e-learning ‘the future’..and if so, is it already here today? Is e-learning a pedagogic ‘red herring’? What consequences does the pace of change have for training and access to training? Is anyone being left behind? What does e-learning mean for our traditional boundaries and identities?
