Web Series Script Scene 1-Interview Start The news intro starts before fading to HARRY sitting on a chair infront of the camera facing to the right as he is explaining what his new show is and what it is about with different shots between HARRY and the INTERVIEWER nodding along to HARRY’s explanation. HARRY Hello, my name is HARRY and I am here to talk to you about my new web series for my YouTube channel, link here, called Redo or Redon’t where I take two video games from a franchise that has been rebooted or remade in some way and I compare one game from before the remake and another from after the remake and see what is different, what is similar and was the remake needed. Scene 2-Behind the Scenes HARRY and the team are working on the episode of Redo or Redon’t as the camera pans around the set and HARRY voices over, explaining what the show is about and what everybody’s role is. HARRY We plan on creating these episodes by mixing parodies with your standard comparison videos, including using clips from the games themselves and our experience with them. For our first episode, we will be looking at the Mortal Kombat franchise which got rebooted in 2011 with the release of Mortal Kombat or Mortal Kombat 9 as most people call it. I will be looking at Mortal Kombat Armageddon right here (holds hand out for box art) for before the reboot and Mortal Kombat 11 (holds out hand for box art) for after because, in my opinion, they are the most similar with the roster being closest together than other games so I can compare how the games play, the stories of the two and how the characters are similar and different to one another. HARRY is in still in front of the INTERVIEWER as he explains what working on the project was like with his teammates. The scene changes between HARRY during the interview and the set during filming. Working on this project was a ton of fun with everyone, we could not stop laughing at how ridiculous the whole thing is but we still kept going and finished the whole thing off with a few problems along the way, but we were able to get past them and improve ourselves. I think our biggest issue was the green screen because we were all quite new to it that we ended up making some pretty big mistakes using it but since then, we learned from those mistakes and moved on from it and it really worked well in our favour since it allowed us to show everyone that anyone can make a little mistake, as long as you learn from it and improve because it, you can be better than you were before. So, as a thank you for watching this, I would like to show everyone a little teaser for the first episode of Redo or Redon’t. I hope you enjoy it everyone. Scene 4-Redo or Redon’t teaser We start with HARRY and WILL walking into frame from the sides of the camera before reaching in front of a green screen preparing for a fight, a graphic of the word fight appears just above HARRY and Will before they fight. ANNOUNCER Round one. Fight. HARRY and WILL fight for a few seconds before HARRY ends up victorious before cutting to black and finishing the parody. ANNOUNCER Scorpion wins. Fatality.
