ABOUT IIMG Under the aegis of Shree Bhagwan Singh Educational Society, a premier educational group, a Management Institute under the name & style of “Indraprasth Institute of management” was established with an objective of creating world class leaders. IIMG is an ISO certified and AIMA, ATMA and AIMS registered college, duly approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, and Govt. of India. The campus is located at NH 8 (Delhi Jaipur Highway), spread over 1, 37,500 sq. ft. of area in a lush green atmosphere providing state of the art facilities. IIMG is a part of the prestigious INDRAPRASTH GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS, having INDRAPRASTH INSTITUTE OF AERONAUTICS and INDRAPRASTH FLYING ACADEMY as sister concerns. IIMG offers specializations in Aviation Management, Logistic Management, Supply Chain Management and Project Management along with HR, Marketing, Finance and IT. Being one of few colleges including IIM Ahmadabad to offer Aviation Management as a specialization, the institute boasts of excellent infrastructure and facilities for the proposed curriculum. - 4. FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE Infrastructure is the basic necessity for an institution to prosper and survive. Good infrastructure speaks about the working and potentialities of the institution. The management of Indraprasth has always tried hard to upgrade and provide the best of infrastructure to its students. The large college campus, well equipped laboratories, libraries , cafeteria, health center , games & sport are a host to curricular and extracurricular activities which urges students to be inquisitive about the corporate affairs and make their life rich and meaningful. Career information services and student council provide excellent student support services. Classrooms : The college has well designed, well equipped, sophisticated and spacious classrooms with excellent ventilating conditions as well as study inspiring backdrop. Activity Rooms: Indoor Sports Room: A place where students relax and exhibit their talents. The sports room comprises of a snooker table, carom board, master chess board, table tennis and much more. Library : The library is well equipped with a large number of reference books , magazines , journals , copies of text books , G.K. - 5. Computer Lab : The college is having full-fledged computer lab with latest computers with internet Connection. The complete lab of the institution is equipped with LCD, Over Head Projector, Slide Projector, DVD Player, Television , Scanner , CD Writer and other equipments. Conference and Seminar Hall : The college has a spacious air-conditioned conference hall spread over a 2000 sq.ft. area and is well equipped with the modern facilities having capacity to accommodate 500 students. It is ideal place for holding seminars, training programs and other co-curricular activities.
- 6. COURSES OFFERED Two Year Full Time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM); Approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Government of India. Specialization in: 1. Aviation Management. 2. Logistics and Supply Chain Management. 3. International Business Management. 4. Quality Control And Management. 5. Project Management. 6. Production Management. 7. Financial Management. 8. Human Resource Management. 9. Marketing Management. Student can opt for any stream of his/her choice for specialization in PGDM.
- 7. Eligibility Criteria At least a 3 year Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in any discipline recognized any Indian University / AICTE as eligible for Post Graduate studies. Students in final year of graduation can also apply. Such candidates, if selected, will be allowed provisional admission with the condition that the mark sheet and a certificate of passing are produced by certain specified date. The eligibility criteria for seeking admission in the PGDM program is that the applicant must have at least 50% marks in graduation or should be rank holder in the merit list of the CAT/MAT exam. The selection process to the Institute comprises the following steps:- Aptitude Test Evaluates the candidate on- Managerial ability in subtle manner. Final Selection to the Institute is based on criteria such as the candidate’s performance in Aptitude test, GD, Interview, Academic Performance and Work Experience.
