Problem
As a growing business, we’ve had to acquire and onboard a large number
of Weployees to keep up with demand. Due to the amount of processes,
our onboarding team were working longer hours, and struggling to keep up
with demand, and ultimately a concern around customer experience arose.
Solution
We reviewed the onboarding team’s role and responsibilities, and hired a Weploy-
ee to come in and manage the administrative duties within their role,
so they could focus purely on acquiring, onboarding and managing Weployees.
Outcome
Priortothis,theonboardingteamspendapproximately80%oftheirtimeonboarding,
and20%oftheirtimeacquiring.Nowtheyareabletospend60%oftheirtimeacquiring,
onboarding and managing Weployees, and the other 40% is now spent on working
directlywithseniormanagementonsolvingstrategicproblemsandworking on high
level projects.
