Example Client Story #2 Mid-sized Window and Door Manufacturer  (Open-enrollment program) Background  Several employees in the marketing group of this company took a public workshop from Mission Control and were able to apply what they learned to improve their individual and collective results. They recommended a pilot program for a cross-section of employees at the company to see if the results they achieved could be leveraged for the entire company. Forty-one people from across the company participated.  Challenge  This company was already profitable and well managed, yet the management had a sense that the company could perform even better – and in doing so could potentially increase revenue and reduce expenses.
Example Client Story #2 Solution   The forty-one employees participated in the Mission Control Productivity & Accomplishment Workshop, which trains them in a new paradigm of managing their work so that productivity replaces activity, fulfilling aspirations replaces ticking off the "to do" checkboxes, and a sense of real life balance replaces the stress of managing both work and personal commitments.  Results  The following results are taken from areas for potential productivity improvement identified prior to the pilot workshop and actual reporting on those areas from the workshop participants eight weeks after the pilot workshop.
