This document discusses the purpose and activities of a reentry project for individuals released from prison. The project aims to reduce recidivism by providing released individuals with resources and support to meet basic needs like housing, employment, clothing, transportation, and income. It does this through open communication, meetings and resource fairs to empower participants and satisfy needs. The project also gives participants opportunities to give back by sharing their stories to increase assurance and skills, becoming mentors and helping in their communities. It prepares participants for jobs through employment referrals.
