- 2. Create the company page How to create your own company Once logged in, click on the top of the Dashboard. You can check if your company is already present among those registered on ERPSelection by clicking on Search for an existing company or you can create it from scratch by clicking on I want to create my company now and go into the creation form of your company page

Now complete your profile Create software pages, case histories, additions Once you have created the Company page, returning to Dashboard you can access all the features of your profile, namely: The Dashboard that will allow you to see all the recorded visits from your pages The modification of the Company page that you have previously made The creation of Case Histories, or the stories of your customers, of the problems / needs they had and how you solved it The creation of integrations, that is, you can indicate the integrations you have made between two different software, indicating the characteristics of the integration

Some other simple insertion measures + Software Insertion: as mentioned for the Company page, be generous of details, references, product category of application + Software insertion: it is very important, depending on the application solution, to insert the modules supported by each software + Insertion Case History: here too the usual story ... tell as much as possible, describe well the type of customer and the problem that you have solved. Positive reviews should also be commented, but it is not essential. If you decide to comment on all the reviews, do not be repetitive and do not use the same phrases by copying and pasting. + In taking care of the answer, the first thing is the form: thank you, apologize, deepen the problem encountered by the client and propose a solution. Be friendly, calm and short; demonstrate empathy and affability. Never put on the defensive, do not use paternalistic tones and do not be dramatic
