Nothing sums up better this entire topic than Romans 10:1-13 Vs. 1 Israel needs to be saved Vs. 2 They have zeal but not in God Vs. 3 They establish their own righteousness *Vs. 4 Christ brings an end to the law Vs. 5 If under the law, must follow all the law Vs. 6-7 Faith is not of the law Vs. 8 The word is preached Vs. 9 Confession is made Vs. 10 The Heart brings belief Vs. 11 Belief takes away shame Vs. 12-13 God wants all men to call on Him

Interesting also when we SING we do all of these things also (Confess, Believe, Call upon, Have Faith, Preach) Rom. 10:8-13 Let us not devise a tool that can not replace the Mind, Heart, Lips
