• It is great aerobic workout.
• It is increase your endurance.
• It is useful for the better work of your heart.
• It is burn your fat.
• Strengthensyour the immune system.
• Your skin and muscle tone become strong and
beautiful.
Maybe it is better to go to jym..?
JOGGING is perseverance and
determination education. You can
choose your time, your sport load, the
place where you want to run, even the
company. You can invite your friend to
join you or take your dog with you. You
can breath fresh air and run, clear your
mind and make your body sweat.
How to run right..?
• Make legs stretches before jogging.
• Hold the body upright.
• Move your hands free.
• Breath.
• Choose jogging tempo that you can run and
talk at the same time.
LET’S GO TO JOG !!!
Now you are ready to jog 
So feel your body and clear you minds..!
