It is an elegant and fruity wine best paired with lamb, venison and strong hard cheeses. 14% ALC 3,6 PH 5,6 T/A 2,3 R/S
- 3. CABERNET SAVIGNON 2 0 1 2 The Grand Mintster Cabernet Sauvignon is complex with good density on the palate. It has a ripe cedar nose, integrated oak and fruit flavours. It is full bodied, and already drinkable, but will improve further with bottle maturation. 14% ALC 3,6 PH 5,6 T/A 2,2 R/S ROUGE 2 0 1 2 The Grand Mintster Rouge is a full bodied wine, blended from Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. It brings the best of both cultivars to the fore, combining elegant fruit notes with toasted nut and light smoky flavors. 14,5 % ALC 3,6 PH 5,6 T/A 2,2 R/S
