Actors memorize their lines through rehearsal. Memorizing lines is just a skill that becomes less intimidating with practice. When working on scenes, actors often rehearse without a director and must collaborate with their fellow actors to determine the best ways to portray their characters and objectives.

- 3. For non actors, the most I say impressive part of any performance is often that the actor performs from memory. Everyone enjoys improvising’ but memorizing is scary to most of us. There is no real reason why this should be. Memorizing is just a skill like any other. The more you do, it the intimidating it becomes.
