How to write effectively Make your text interesting Get involved in your writing Writing is a socially relevant practice
Planning Analyze  the elements of the communicative situation: participants, intention, place and time Find  useful words or sentences: let me begin; let me turn to; as I said earlier; however; so let me finish
Writing Find a good  beginning  and a good  end  because opening and closing paragraphs are crucial Paragraphs should be  ordered  and have a sense of  wholeness  in meaning and form. They should start with the  main sentence  and have the right length, neither too short nor too long

Have I put the segments into an appropriate order? Have I made the connections between the ideas in the text, either implicitly or explicitly? Have I used grammatical structures, word order, punctuation to help me convey my meaning? Have I edited my text for errors? Is the presentation clear?
