Do Not Exit the Landing Runway Onto an Intersecting Runway Unless Authorized by ATC. On the day of departure you receive a “standard weather brief” from COU AFSS which included airmets, sigmets, adverse weather conditions, synopsis of highs and lows, current conditions along the route, terminal forecasts, area forecasts, winds aloft and NOTAMS.
