PROJECT LIST Boucher Design Group Technical Designer / April 2016 - Present ● LaCenterra Cinco Ranch - Alamo Drafthouse NEW DEVELOPMENT - RETAIL This is a new construction theater that will be the anchor of the final phase of a mixed-use development. The 37,000-square-foot, roughly 900-seat theater will contain eight auditoriums with extra-wide seats and non-conventional front rows that allow for a better viewing experience. Natex Architects Project Manager / June 2015 - January 2016 ● YOUNG WOMEN COLLEGE PREPARATORY ACADEMY (HOUSTON ISD) ADDITION & RENOVATION ED- UCATION This is a 27 million addition and renovation project to a 1925 classic building located downtown Houston. The school is upgrading classroom space to current Houston Independent school district standards as well as additional spaces for their STEM program, robotics and CTE classroom. The challenge for this project is the limited property space and need to preserve existing trees to achieve LEED. Intern Architect / October 2013 - May 2015 ● KASHMERE HIGH SCHOOL (HOUSTON ISD) ADDITION & RENOVATION ED- UCATION This is a 15 million addition and renovation project to a 1965 building located at northeast of Houston. The school has 5 separated building and a covered courtyard located at the center of the school. The goal is to brand the school to attract more student as well as connecting loose buildings into one campus. ● FARRELL ELEMENTARY & STARRETT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (ARLINGTON ISD) RENOVATION ED- UCATION This is a small project to rework building circulation to create a security vestibule for the schools. ● GRADY MIDDLE SCHOOL (HOUSTON ISD) ADDITION ED- UCATION This is an addition to a newly renovated project located at uptown Houston. The objective is to add additional science wing to 6th, 7th and 8th grade as well as creating outdoor learning space for students to interact with natural environment during their learning career. Haltner H.A.I., LLC Intern Architect / September 2012 - September 2013 ● PEOPLES STATE BANK OF HALLETTSVILLE RENOVATION - COMMERICAL This is a complete renovation to existing bank giving the bank a modern 21st century interior. The challenge is to avoid asbestos located at the ceiling and floor of the project.
