WINES
 
4tp Cabernet   This wine is produced from %65 Cabernet Sauvignon, %25 Merlot, %10 Bogazkere grapes. It is very smooth and tasteful expression of 4tp Cabernet.  The smooth aromas of Cigar box, wild strawberry, chocolate and mocha. This wine makes you fell the fragrance of wild berry in your mouth.  4tp Cabernet, having a soft velvet-like touch as well as retaining a unique taste in your mouth, can be enjoyed along with game meats and all kinds of cooked meats. It may be served for drinking at 16-18 °C.
4tp Merlot   This wine is produced from %60 Merlot, %20 Cabernet Sauvignon, %20 Sangiovese grapes.  4tp Merlot is a middle bodied wine enriched with cherry, chocolate and coffee aromas. This fully balanced wine rich in tannin leaves a perfect taste in your mouth.  4tp Merlot goes well with grilled veal and lamb meats, meagerly sauced veal meats, cream-sauced pastas, old cheeses and delicatessen products. The drinking temperature ideally varies between 14-16 °C.
4tp Shiraz   This wine is produced from %60 Chiraz, %25 Cabernet Sauvignon and %15 Kalecik Karasi grapes.  4tp Shiraz consisting of rich spices and red fruit aromas leaves a soft velvet-like touch.This middle bodied wine is extremely balanced in order to retain a unique aromatic taste in your mouth.  It is ideal to serve 4tp Shiraz with spiced and sauced lamb and veal, fajitas, porcinis, risottos with mushroom and tulum cheese. The drinking temperature ideally varies between 14-16 °C.
4tp Narince   This wine is produced from %100 Narince grapes.  4tp Narince is a bright and a balanced wine, dominated by golden yellow linden, white flowers and citrus fragrances, leaving its rich aroma and taste in the mouth for a long time.  This wine goes well with shellfish, octopus salad, fried calamari, grilled chicken, fish and meagerly sauced pastas. The ideal drinking temperature varies between 6-8 °C.
4tp Roze This wine is produced from 70 % Shiraz and 30 % Öküzgözü. It’s taste is lively and refreshing with stawberry and red fruit aromas. This wine goes well with macaroni, fish, sea food, chicken , fatty cheese.
RESERVE Wines , that are made of high quality grapes and wait at least for 12 months in American or French oak barrels, can later be aged in bottle for a long time. French oak barrel: Barrels manufactured by oaks which come up in France adds the wine intensive taste and the scent of dried fruits. American oak barrel: Barrels manufactured by oaks which come up in America adds the wine sweet taste and the scents of vanilla, chocolate, cocoa and etc.
4TP Reserve French Oak Being composed of 4tp Reserve French Oak, %33 Cabernet Sauvignon, %33 Syrah, %33 Merlot and being preserved in French oak tubs for 12 months. 13000 bottles have been produced from the bunches sorted attentively from our yards being the best ‘terrior’. Reserve French oak, being intense and enduring, smells like roasted almond, pistachio and apart from these the intensity of red fruit. It tasted like the harmony of asit, tannin and red fruit aroma in the mouth and its stability is felt at the end of the palate. Dining advice : Any kind of meat and cheese

Y Ú CEL VINEYARDS Y ύ cel Agriculture Products limited was founded in 1991 by Mehmet Yücel and Hasan Yücel in order to process agricultural products and market them .The company took its first step towards industrialization by purchasing a cotton gin factory in Hacırahmanlı Town.  Afterwards, in order to expand the variety of products they started the winery business in 2000 and later started building their own vineyards. For the first time in Turkey they started using organic processing in all their fields. The winery started production in 2007 and bottling of organic wines in 2008, then kept the wine in stainless steel tanks for 13 months to age. The wine, mostly Merlot, Cabernet, Shiraz, and Narince, are produced to satisfy unique requirements of the Turkish palate.
 
VINEYARDS Vineyards are located in Dört Tepe  which is in Koldere Town , Saruhanlı , Manisa. The spacing of the planting of the vineyards allows for 400 vines per acre. Harvesting is between 15 August and 15 September. The harvesting starts with the Merlot and culminates with Cabernet Sauvignon and Boğazkere.  Yücel Vineyards has adopted  organic winery methods . Which is why organic winery certificate has been received from ETKO.
VINEYARDS
 
THE WINE INDUSTRY Since the winery is adjacent to the vineyards, chateau type wine is produced. The maturity of the grapes is inspected by cenolog and the date of harvest is determined. Grapes are pruned and pitted on conveyer belts and in the vineyards. Maceration tanks meet European standards and cold maceration technique is practiced. The temperature is automatically controlled during the maceration process.  Some of the wine that is produced is aged in the French/American Oak cask. In the winery there is a laboratory which does all the analysis of the wine and is a must for the wine which is in the tank and bottless to age properly, local cooling systems control the temperature of the environment.  Variety of grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot, three hundred and seventy acres. Narince, Boğazkere, Öküzgözü, Sangiovese, Montepulciano 50 acres. The texture of the soil national average limestone. Climatic features: Throughout the year there is continuous wind and an Aegean climate prevails.
