- 3. INTRODUCTION Zoological gardens provide an opportunity to open up a whole new world of curiosity and interest, and sensitize visitors regarding the value and need for conservation of wildlife. Zoos were initially started for the entertainment of people. Gradually over the years, they have come to play an important role in conservation. The ultimate goal of zoos is the conservation of animals in the wild This website educating people about wildlife and biodiversity conservation

OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT We are here trying to make a project on Zoo Management System which is basically an application software where we can get information about wild life and as well as can manage the zoological garden Here animal loving people search for an animal and get the whole info, they can even search with bengali name It’s a system of managing the salaries and status of all kind of worker and employees Here manage the ticket booking Sends an auto generated order to suppliers when the stock of food and medicine reach the deadline. Last but not for the least , a blog and comment section is there where everyone can share their views , thoughts & experiences.
- 5. HARDWARE & SOFTWARE USED Software used--Macromedia dreamweaver, Netbeans,Oracle 10g. Front End : Servlets, HTML, Java script. Back End : MS Access, Apache Tomcat server Hardware used--laptop(model no-hp530,ram-1GB,hard disk- 150GB),mouse.
- 6. SCOPE & LIMITATIONS SCOPE •We can search with bengali name. •Can share experiences through blog section. •Sends auto generated order for foods & medicine to suppliers. LIMITATIONS •Try to implement the search option with many languages. •We will try to apply an daily update means people can check the daily activities in this website. • try to apply a chatting part also.
