To create a basic website using Weebly, one must first open a web browser and go to weebly.com. Then, they need to enter their username, password and email to log in. After accepting the terms of service, the user can choose between a free or paid "Pro" plan. They then give their site a title and select an initial template option. From there, the user can add elements, customize the design, create pages and adjust settings. With work in one sitting, a beginner's Weebly site should take shape.
