The first half of 2025 has been one of strong growth for DP World – both across our global network and the GCC. Group revenue rose 20.4% year-on-year to $11.24 billion and container volumes increased 6.7% to 45.4 million TEUs. At Jebel Ali Port, we handled 7.77 million TEUs in H1 – up 6% year-on-year, while South Container Terminal in Jeddah saw consistent week-on-week growth in volumes.   But behind these numbers is a bigger story – one of expanding trade corridors, strategic investments and the confidence of our customers.   In the UAE, non-oil trade grew 24.5% in the same period to over AED 1.7 trillion - 14 times the global average, powered by advanced logistics, digital platforms and an expanding network of trade agreements. With 28 Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreements now signed, new trade corridors are connecting the UAE with Latin America, Asia and Europe, and delivering real flows of goods and opportunities.   Likewise in Saudi Arabia, growing demand, new industrial zones and Vision 2030-driven diversification are creating opportunities for more integrated supply chains. Our investment in modernising our terminal in Jeddah Islamic Port is designed to meet this demand and position the Kingdom as a key hub connecting the Red Sea to global markets.   We’re investing for the future across the GCC and building the platforms our customers need to grow. From launching Al Rawdah Special Economic Zone in Oman to celebrating Jafza’s 40th anniversary in the UAE, we have a long term commitment to our customers and the markets we serve.   As we look ahead to the rest of 2025, our focus remains on supporting our customers, empowering our teams and continuing to prove that trade, done right, is a powerful force for progress.

Omega Seiki Mobility Opens New Manufacturing Facility at Jafza, Dubai. This new 42,000 square foot facility is strategically positioned to serve export markets across the Middle East and Africa and will create over 100 jobs in its initial phase and strengthen UAE-India trade in green mobility and sustainable development.

India’s leading electric vehicle manufacturer, Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM), is investing USD 25 million in its first international EV assembly plant right here in Jafza. Spanning over 42,000 sq. ft., the facility will assemble electric two-and three-wheelers, store and distribute auto components and spare parts, and create 100+ new jobs in its first phase. Strategically located to serve the Middle East and Africa, this facility positions Dubai as a key hub for the automotive sector, with the MENA EV market projected to reach USD 14.5 billion by 2029.
