Since its redevelopment between 2020 and 2022, Monteco has stood as a pioneering example of sustainable innovation in the European office market. Its sale confirms the strong and growing appetite from institutional investors for future-proof, sustainable assets in prime locations. Monteco also received international recognition with a nomination at the MIPIM Awards 2024, the ‘Oscars of Real Estate’.
