  • At LOOP Forum we explore circularity across all sectors - and this year, it wasn’t just something we talked about, it was something we could taste! We are grateful to Foodpeople A/S, who contributed as a Circular Friend by serving fresh bread at our networking event. Beyond this, Food People is actively advancing circular food systems – reducing waste, creating partnerships for surplus utilization, and developing sustainable solutions across the value chain. 👏 Thank you for showing how food plays a central role in the transition to a circular economy. #CircularEconomy #SustainableFood #Partnerships Anne Mette Dyrman Lyngbakke

"When people feel their identity is under attack, they defend it very strongly." Is changing our communication style the secret to successfully fostering a culture of sustainability? In our new episode, George Marshall, environmental communicator and co-founder of Climate Outreach, explains how conversations can become a real driver of circular transformation. A few insights from his keynote: 💬 Promote real engagement: environmental communication often relies on telling people what to do, but change happens when people connect new behaviours to their own identity and values 👥 Have two types of conversations: those between people who are the same, which build trust and create unified purpose, and those between people who are different, which create friction but also new ideas 🌐 Create infrastructure for dialogue: involve people regardless of hierarchy, dedicate time for dialogue, and establish psychological safety for critical feedback This is the first episode in our new series on the highlights of the LOOP Forum 2025, the leading Nordic business event highlighting circularity as a key driver for building future-proof businesses. 🎧 Full episode available on the Circularity.fm website, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify. • How will sustainability regulation look in 2026? Will we see more regulations - or less? 👉 If less, companies may save a lot of compliance work. 👉 But how will that affect nature, humanity, climate - and your business competitiveness? At LOOP Forum 2025, leading companies and organisations across industries shared how they are working to transform “business as usual” into more sustainable and circular business models - despite regulatory uncertainty. 🚀 Don’t miss out on the next edition of LOOP Forum, where we continue the conversation and explore how regulation, innovation and circular solutions shape the future. 📅 28–29 April 2026 📍 Lokomotivværkstedet, Copenhagen 🆓 Grab your free ticket today @ www.loopforum.dk We hope to see you there! 💬 What business-critical sustainability issues would you like to see on the agenda at LOOP Forum 2026? #Circulareconomy #businessmodels #future

  • ♻️ Circular economy is no longer a niche idea - it’s becoming 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. A few years ago, many saw it as “how we sort our waste” or “whether we share a car.” Today, it’s slowly becoming a strategic priority in corporate boardrooms and on ministerial agendas, and environmental and nature experts are increasingly valued assets in the corporate world. Because if we want to be truly sustainable in every sector - from fashion to finance - circularity isn’t optional. It’s essential. At LOOP Forum in April, we saw this shift in action. Business leaders, experts, and politicians came together to discuss solutions - including, among others, Jeppe Bruus, Danish Minister for Grønt Trepart, Biologist Alexander Holm, and Mads Twomey-Madsen, Senior Vice President, Global Communication & Sustainability, Pandora. Watch the highlights 🎥👇 to see why circular economy is no longer “just” a green idea - it’s a business imperative. #circulareconomy #nature #business #collaboration

♻️ What will it take to stop single-use packaging from overflowing our public spaces? At LOOP Forum 2025, the City of Copenhagen (Københavns Kommune) brought one of the most urgent challenges into the spotlight - how to scale reuse and return systems for packaging in public spaces. With experts from City of Aarhus, TOMRA, HORESTA, New Loop and others, the city led a powerful session exploring: 🏛️ How national policies and clear roles can drive progress 🚀 What it takes to reach reuse rates of 85% or more in cities 💡 Which innovations and incentives can turn reuse into a default choice for both consumers and businesses Why does this matter? Because in Denmark alone, over 400 million single-use beverage and food containers are used every year - many ending up as waste in our parks, streets, and oceans. And globally, packaging waste is the largest contributor to plastic pollution. 🙏 A big thank you to the City of Copenhagen for being a valuable partner at LOOP Forum – and to all the speakers who helped drive this important dialogue forward Let’s test, prove, and scale the solutions that work - together. ♻️ CIRCULARITY IN ACTION - ONE T-SHIRT AT A TIME 👕 At LOOP Forum, we don’t just talk about the circular transition - we also showcase how it’s possible across industries. Fashion is one of the most climate-intensive sectors, but it also holds great potential for circular innovation. That’s why we are proud to have Conscious Warrior - Circular Sportswear as one of our Circular Friends. 💚 All our incredible volunteers wore circular t-shirts made by Conscious Warrior - designed to be reused again and again. After the event, the shirts are washed and rebranded with new company logos, ready to be worn at future events. Who knows - you might even spot them at the next running event in Copenhagen! A simple, tangible example of circular thinking in action - and a great reminder that sustainable change can look good, feel good, and go the distance. If you have a circular solution for our event, we would love to hear from you. #fashion #circulareconomy #event #showcase
