The #AgriExcel partnership unites 7 organizations from 7 countries across Europe to foster digital transformation in the agrifood sector. Meet the teams that are the driving forces behind this initiative:
Creacció. Agència d'Emprenedoria, Innovació i Coneixement
Creacció is the agency for entrepreneurship, innovation and knowledge for the socioeconomic development of Osona, a county located in central Catalonia.
The agency was created with the aim of bringing together the efforts of key local actors — including economic and social stakeholders such as the public sector, businesses, trade unions and academia — in order to optimize resources and increase the effectiveness of territorial projects. Creacció works to:
🚀 Boost business competitiveness,
🤝 Improve people’s employability and qualifications,
👍 Foster local talent,
👓 Strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem,
🖐 Coordinate stakeholder participation to address local challenges, and
🧩 Generate useful knowledge to support strategic decision-making — all from an integrated perspective of economic, social and environmental development.
As part of a broader European project, Creacció is leading the Osona Biocircular initiative — a territorial strategy aimed at improving the competitiveness and sustainability of the agri-food sector in Osona. The initiative promotes the development of a shared agenda to:

📈 Increase efficiency,
🤖 Enhance resilience,
🌳 Ensure greater environmental responsibility.
Osona Biocircular is driven by the University of Vic, the BETA Technological Center, Creacció, the Osona County Council, and the Vic City Council, with the support of the Barcelona Provincial Council.
