Beneficios El teatro es una herramienta educativa, por lo general, infravalorada en las escuelas que suele tratarse como algo transversal y no se le da la importancia que merece Entre todos los beneficios que el teatro nos puede dar en la educación de los adolescentes podemos encontrar: ● Mejora de la autoestima y la seguridad ● Favorece el autoconocimiento del propio cuerpo y de las emociones ● Refuerza la empatía y el trabajo en equipo ● Fomenta la socialización ● Aumenta la creatividad Además, todo ello repercute en el nivel de satisfacción y motivación del alumno y, por tanto, favorece el aprendizaje
- 6. Actividad 1. Calentamiento El grupo camina por la sala rellenando el espacio, sin ir en línea recta ni en círculos e iremos dando premisas: 01 Cada vez que nos crucemos con el compañero tenemos que mirarle a los ojos y sonreírle 02 Cada vez que nos crucemos con el compañero tenemos que decir su nombre y saludarle con la mano “Hola, Fulanito” 03 Deberemos hacer lo mismo cada vez que crucemos la mirada con un objeto de la sala “Hola, silla”, “Hola, mesa”

Calentamiento 05 06 04 Ahora debe ser el grupo quien decida a qué velocidad ir de manera que cuando un compañero empiece a ir más rápido o más despacio le seguiremos Ahora el grupo decidirá cuándo sentarse en el suelo, levantarse, caminar más rápido o más lento o parar, de este modo trabajaremos la escucha (todo el grupo debe moverse al mismo tiempo) Estableceremos 3 velocidades de caminar (1) lento, 2) normal, 3) rápido) y cada vez que se diga el número el grupo deberá ir a la velocidad correcta

Me presento Dividiremos al grupo por parejas y cada persona de la pareja tendrá un minuto para presentarse al otro y contarle cosas de su vida Después, cada pareja deberá salir y presentarse como si fuera el compañero, recordando todo lo que este le ha contado y, además, imitando su gestualidad y su forma de hablar

Palabras al azar Se pedirá a una persona que diga una palabra al azar y el resto del grupo deberán ir diciendo palabras relacionadas o que le evoquen recuerdos respecto a la palabra del compañero Cuando todos hayan dicho una palabra se pedirá que se junten por equipos de 3 o 4 personas para hacer una breve historia Esta historia tendrá que ver con todas esas palabras comentadas anteriormente. Las premisas serán las siguientes: 1. Definir la relación entre los personajes 2. Seguir una estructura sencilla de inicio-nudo-desenlace 3. Utilizar todas las palabras que se han dicho
