🎉 Project spotlight: STM32 Based Autonomous Quadcopter Built from the ground up by Mikhail, this fully open-source, library-free drone flight controller is all about flexibility and control. Unlike pre-built systems that limit customisation, this project offers a powerful foundation for anyone looking to develop autonomous aerial systems - from terrain mapping to search and rescue 🚁 Using an STM32 microcontroller, the drone brings together sensors like an IMU, barometer, GPS, and compass to keep flight stable and responsive. Mikhail's creation caught the attention of Amar Kedare and was selected as one of his favourite projects at #CoolestProjects2025 🌟 Check it out: rpf.io/cp-stm32-quadcopter #KidsWhoCode #CodingForKids #Coding #Advanced

🎉 Project spotlight: DeliDineSoft Steven created DeliDineSoft to help his dad run his restaurant more smoothly. After seeing how complicated and buggy other apps were, he set out to build something simpler and more reliable 📱🍽️ Learning how to build the app from scratch wasn’t easy, but by researching, experimenting, and problem-solving, Steven turned his idea into a working solution that’s easy to use and made for real-world needs. DeliDineSoft was selected as one of Ebona Eastmond-Henry’s favourite projects at #CoolestProjects2025. Check it out: rpf.io/cp-deli-dine-soft #KidsWhoCode #CodingForKids #Coding #Mobile

🇬🇧At the start of June, eleven incredible colleagues from our Niantic Spatial London office volunteered as judges for Coolest Projects, an amazing global showcase of youth innovation, organised by the Raspberry Pi Foundation. Our judges reviewed over 50 youth-led tech projects and came away deeply inspired by the creativity and brilliance on display. From clever coding solutions and digital games to projects focused on climate change and accessibility, the creativity and ambition shown by these young people was remarkable. 💡🎮🌍 The experience left our volunteers energised. A chance to give back, connect with future digital makers, and step outside the day-to-day. At Niantic Spatial, we’re proud to support initiatives like Coolest Projects. The Raspberry Pi Foundation does incredible work helping young people build confidence and skills in computing and digital making, and we’re honoured to play even a small part in that mission. 🙌 ✨This was a true celebration of innovation and a win for the future. 🔗Check out the links in the comments. #NianticSpatial #CoolestProjects #DigitalCreators #Education #TechForGood #RaspberryPiFoundation
