“Amit might have been my junior in college , but as far as HR goes he is way far my senior 😊 an insightful people leader , he is a beautiful blend of strategy to execution . He enjoys a role as a coach , is willing to share and eager to learn . He is a great listener and I enjoy having him as my sounding board . He works on data but his analytics always includes the intangible element as well , with a strong sense of purpose and empathy . But I think my favourite thing about him is that he is one of the best human beings I’ve ever known . ”
