In July, the Italian Senate definitively approved the law converting the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗧𝗮𝘅 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲 (DL 84/2025) meaning that every 𝗼𝗻-𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 by the Agenzia delle Entrate or the Guardia di Finanza must now be clearly 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱, with specific reasons stated for each inspection. This is a major step forward in ensuring greater 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 in tax controls and stronger 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 for businesses – especially for small enterprises that are often unprepared when audits occur.
