At the Sete Lagoas plant, the first edition of the Poka Yoke program encouraged employees to develop innovative ideas for error prevention and continuous improvement in the production of Guarani 6x6 armored vehicles. Of the 38 ideas submitted, 30 have already been implemented, strengthening processes, reducing rework, and increasing production reliability. The project also recognized the most engaged employees, rewarding those who developed practical solutions that enhance safety, innovation, and quality, while highlighting the importance of creativity and team commitment. More than just an operational initiative, Poka Yoke is an educational and preventive campaign that demonstrates IDV’s commitment to excellence and to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. #IDV #LATAM

🔴 Flandre 25 : préparer le soutien en haute intensité Après des mois de préparatifs, le premier entraînement, sous forme d'ateliers avec nos partenaires industriels, s’est tenu ce jour à la #SIMMT. Objectif : démontrer notre capacité à soutenir une division en opération extérieure — de la montée en puissance jusqu’à l’engagement. Ce que nous mettons à l’épreuve : • Maintien en condition opérationnelle terrestre (MCO-T) et logistique opérationnelle au même niveau d’exigence. • Génération et régénération du potentiel de combat : du terrain au retour en ligne opérationnelle. • Coopération étatique–privé : armées, services ministériels et industriels de la Base industrielle et technologique de défense • Interopérabilité sur un scénario divisionnaire projeté depuis un pays hôte. Enjeu : renforcer la robustesse de nos dispositifs, fluidifier les interactions interarmées et avec nos partenaires industriels pour préparer l’Armée de Terre aux opérations de haute intensité. 📅 Prochain entraînement : début octobre.
