We are proud of our independence, we believe in straight talk, dreaming big and exceeding expectations. Because when the world counts on us, we count on each other. • Last week, our amazing team at RLB Singapore rolled up their sleeves and got hands-on at The Food Bank Singapore as part of our latest CSR initiative! 💪✨ From unpacking and checking food donations to scanning and sorting them for distribution, our volunteers worked hard behind the scenes to help make sure food reaches those who need it most. While it may have been in a hot, stuffy, warehouse, the energy was high, the teamwork was strong, and the smiles were plenty! 😊💚 We're proud to support sustainability efforts and give back to the community in meaningful ways. A big thank you to everyone who took the time to be part of this impactful day!

Always a pleasure collaborating with Sebastian Obando, this time on another interesting article for Construction Dive on the continued impact of tariffs to the construction industry https://lnkd.in/enfPvME8 My view in a nutshell: Materials pricing remains volatile, with little relief in sight unless trade dynamics stabilize. In the meantime, project teams’ are getting creative – embracing innovative procurement strategies as well as more agile, forward-looking planning models While tariffs have certainly contributed to cost pressures, it's the broader economic forces (interest rates, labor availability, and global supply chain shifts) that will likely shape construction activity in the second half of 2025. The industry is staying alert and keeping a close eye for signs of recovery. Strategic foresight and adaptability will be key as we navigate the months ahead. #ConstructionCosts #Tariffs #SupplyChain #InputPrices #MarketInsight #ConstructionTrends #RLB #RiskManagement

  • One of RLB’s core values is "Together" — and here at RLB Singapore, we don’t just work hard together. Throwback to a cool, cozy Friday night where our team came together for a well-deserved company BBQ! As colleagues, we often interact in a professional setting. But during this special evening, we got to see new sides of each other and connect on a more personal level. From engaging conversations to cheering on one another’s live performances, we welcomed the night with energy, spontaneity, and lots of laughter. It was truly an exciting and heartwarming experience — one that wouldn’t have been possible without the efforts of our incredible team. A big thank you to the planning committee for weeks of thoughtful coordination, to our volunteer chefs who stood by the grill serving up a scrumptious feast, to our photographers who captured the beautiful moments, and of course, to everyone who showed up and made the evening unforgettable after a long day at work. Cheers to all of you — and here’s to more moments like this in the future! 🎉

  • WHAT’S DRIVING THE LATEST RISE IN CONSTRUCTION COSTS?   Australia’s construction industry is navigating a fragile landscape shaped by global tensions, supply chain disruptions and domestic pressures. According to RLB Oceania research and development director, Oliver Nichols, the sector faces heightened risk and constrained opportunity as material costs climb and feasibility weakens. 📈 Residential construction costs rose 0.5% in the June quarter, driven by rising fuel, steel and copper prices.
