Simulator instructor training to support seafarer skills in Africa
Simulator instructors from Eastern and Southern Africa have boosted their capacity to deliver key simulator training for seafarers in line with IMO’s International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW Convention, 1978), following a workshop in Bandari Maritime Academy, Mombasa, Kenya.
