    The way we designed culture is mostly based on talent that is aligned with the vision of the startup, that is the base. We used a mix of Kaizen with 4D Mix (from Clockwork) and created a system where ideas are welcomed in a designated time and space, we used the delegation side of things so they where responsible for creating the solutions by welcoming risks and "a/b testing" and knowing each others positions, the how it works from end to end to foster empathy and trust between all of us and our roles.
