We’re honored to be featured in the 2025 Leading on Leave report by the National Partnership for Women & Families! This recognition celebrates our commitment to comprehensive, inclusive paid leave policies that support employees at every stage of life. Our approach is simple: when companies prioritize the health, family, and well-being of their people, everyone wins—employees, businesses, and communities alike. We hope this report inspires more organizations to step up and lead on leave. Because real leadership is measured not just in outcomes, but in how we care for each other along the way. https://lnkd.in/eivh5FTk #LeadingOnLeave2025 #PaidLeaveForAll #FutureOfWork
