Great job, Joel Meister! Whitney Little LaNasa and the Stonehenge Capital team have been instrumental in advancing the tax credit space. Our track record really demonstrates the power of strategic capital deployment in renewable energy. Looking forward to seeing how these partnerships continue to drive innovation in the energy transition.
I had a great time moderating a session on traditional tax equity and transferability at #SEIAFinTax. Many thanks to Whitney Little LaNasa (Stonehenge Capital), Becca Glazer (Walmart), Eric Barr (U.S. Bank), Jessie Robbins (Pine Gate Renewables), and Bryan Didier (Monarch Private Capital) for making my job easy!

Stonehenge Capital proudly supports the Historic Tax Credit Growth and Opportunity Act (HTC-GO) The bipartisan HTC-GO bill (H.R. 2941/S. 1459) has been introduced in Congress, bringing critical improvements to the Historic Tax Credit program that will drive economic development in communities nationwide. Key provisions include: -Returning to one-year delivery of credits (versus the current five-year period) -Increasing credits from 20% to 30% for smaller and rural projects -Allowing direct transfer of credits for qualifying projects -Lowering the substantial rehabilitation threshold from 100% to 50% -Making the HTC more accessible for nonprofit organizations As Congress begins work on tax legislation, we encourage our network to contact their representatives and urge support for including these provisions in the upcoming tax bill. Stonehenge Capital remains committed to revitalizing communities through strategic investments. The enhanced HTC-GO will create jobs, preserve historic structures, and generate economic activity in communities that need it most.
