What's the blink metric? That's what I asked Eric Carr, Director of CX at iHerb and Ada customer, on stage at the AWS Summit the other day. Eric shared that the blink metric is the number of sales iHerb does every time a person blinks. Right now, the iHerb blink metric is 15 (!!!) meaning every 3 seconds, 15 people buy a health product from one of 180 different countries they operate in. Eric and I unpacked how iHerb leverages AI to operate at this impressive scale.
