Grid Dynamics noticed a common set of problems while advising their customer's AI projects, teams were struggling to achieve the reliability, scalability, and observability required to get these apps into production. They (like many others) have come to realize that #DurableExecution is the invisible backbone that enables LLMs to become products serving millions of users. In our latest webinar (see link in comments), we do an in-depth review of the OpenAI SDK / Temporal integration covering: - Enterprise challenges in adopting AI - Architecture simplification w/ Temporal Technologies - Quick demo - Native support for human in the loop & monitoring Reach out if you're facing similar struggles!

🚀 Introducing My PDF-to-Video Agent: Powered by Microsoft Copilot Studio x Sora API 🎥 I’m kicking off a new series where I combine the power of Azure AI Services with Copilot Studio to build intelligent agents in Copilot Chat that bring content to life. 🔧 First in the series: A PDF-to-Video agent that transforms a document into a cinematic experience using the Sora API in 1 minute. Here’s how it works: 1️⃣ Upload a PDF 2️⃣ Auto-generate a storyboard 3️⃣ Auto-craft Sora prompts 4️⃣ Call the Sora API 5️⃣ Watch the video come to life 🎬 The debut video? A modern girl boss Cinderella story — reimagined, empowered, and narrated by AI. This is just the beginning. Stay tuned as I explore more creative agent workflows using Azure + Copilot Studio. #CopilotStudio #SoraAPI #AzureAI #AzureAIFoundry #AzureOpenAI #CopilotAgent #AIagents #PDFtoVideo #MicrosoftHongKong

Microsoft’s CPO Aparna Chennapragada calls this the “DOS-to-GUI moment of AI.” This translates to lesser screen switches Your usual day to day 🤝 AI We’re moving from raw prompts and separate chat windows to AI embedded directly where work already lives. ~ Word, Excel, PowerPoint and to new AI-first surfaces like the M365 Copilot app. Case in point: Excel’s new = COPILOT() function that lets you type a plain-English request in the grid and get live, formula-like results. “Meet users where they are.” Leaders at Cursor and OpenAI also point to malleable interfaces ~ From a blank canvas that adapts to you, to tools that morph with intent. The surface will matter as much as the model.

Software demos are killing me. Sorry Microsoft but you seem to be the worst at this right now. It bugs me when people broadly say AI while they're actually showing a 15 year old ML algorithm at work. But I just watched a guy demo a use case inside Dynamics where it summarized text and the dude called it agentic. It was not autonomous, it involved no orchestration, it made no decisions, it was not monitored. If you're evaluating software right now, you absolutely NEED to make sure you have someone in the room who understands the value difference between ML, GenAI and AgenticAI.

💡 Copilot Credits = Agent Fuel Microsoft Copilot Studio now runs on Copilot Credits—the new currency for agent activity. Whether it’s generative answers, agent actions, or AI-powered flows, each interaction has a cost. 🔍 Highlights: Classic answers = 1 credit Generative answers = 2 credits Agent actions = 5 credits Premium AI tools = up to 100 credits per 10 responses 📊 Deep reasoning? Tenant graph grounding? It’s all metered. 🎯 Microsoft 365 Copilot users get these features at no extra cost. If you're building agents, it's time to track usage like a pro. #CopilotStudio #CopilotCredits #AIagents #Microsoft365Copilot #DigitalTransformation

Just spent the morning going down an AI agent rabbit hole. Fascinating how these things are actually making their way into real businesses now, not just living in tech demos. The big players are all in: Google's got Gemini helping at drive-thrus (weird but cool?), Microsoft's pushing Copilot everywhere, and even IBM's watsonx is getting companies to automate 94% of routine tasks. What hits me is how we've quietly shifted from "AI might do this someday" to "AI is literally taking meetings for people right now." Honest question: Is your company actually using any of these agents yet, or is it still all talk and PowerPoints? Curious where everyone's really at with this stuff.

🚀 Exploring AI Agents with Microsoft Entra External ID – From a Performance Perspective 🔍 As someone working on performance, scalability, and operational efficiency, I recently found this update on Copilot Studio agents integration with Microsoft Entra External ID particularly interesting and exploring further. Why it matters from a performance and enterprise perspective: 1. Secure access at scale: External users can authenticate seamlessly without compromising system performance. 2. hashtag #EfficientWorkflows: Integrating OAuth 2.0 with AI agents means less friction for users, reducing bottlenecks and potential load issues. 3. hashtag #EnterpriseReadiness: Extending AI capabilities to partners or customers now comes with built-in governance and security - critical for high-performing, mission-critical systems. From a testing standpoint, this opens up opportunities to validate authentication flows, monitor load for external users, and ensure smooth AI agent response under concurrent access. If you’re designing AI-powered solutions for your organization or clients, this is a great step toward scalable, secure, and high-performing deployments.
