💡 Something that caught my attention today: Microsoft’s Copilot isn’t quite hitting the ROI sweet spot just yet. Despite all the buzz, businesses are still figuring out if the AI-powered code assistant truly speeds up dev workflows enough to justify the cost. Here’s the tech scoop — Copilot leverages OpenAI’s Codex model to suggest code snippets and automate boilerplate, aiming to boost developer productivity. But the challenge is integrating these suggestions smoothly into complex projects without causing more debugging time or workflow disruption. It’s a classic case of powerful AI meets real-world dev messiness. For enterprises, this means AI tools like Copilot have to prove they reduce friction and actually save hours, not just generate neat code snippets. Microsoft’s got the tech muscle, but the practical adoption curve is still steep. Curious how teams are balancing AI assistance with quality control in your experience? 🔗 https://lnkd.in/dnTsspAW Read full details #Microsoft #Copilot #DeveloperTools #AIProductivity #EnterpriseAI

✨ Microsoft Edge is getting smarter with AI! Microsoft is testing a new feature called “Journeys” — an AI-powered tool that turns your browsing history into interactive summary cards. 🚀 Key details: 👉 Available for Copilot Pro subscribers ($20/month) 👉 Currently in Microsoft Edge Canary, not yet stable release 👉 Powered by Phi-4, a small language model that runs locally 👉 Helps users quickly recap and revisit browsing sessions in a structured way This could be a huge productivity boost — instead of digging through dozens of tabs or history logs, your browsing “journey” is neatly summarized. The question is: would you pay $20/month for features like this, or should AI assistants in browsers be part of the standard experience? 🤔 #AI #Microsoft #Edge #Innovation #Copilot #Productivity

Microsoft just made a bold move that changes the AI productivity game Microsoft 365 Copilot is now integrating Anthropic's Claude Sonnet 4 alongside OpenAI's models. This isn't about picking sides, it's about picking the right tool for each job. What this means for users: Copilot will dynamically route tasks to the best AI for each job. A good example is where Claude handles financial modeling and data analytics while GPT continues excelling at creative writing and coding. All this incredible improvements will come at zero price increase for existing subscribers. The bigger picture? We're moving beyond the "one AI to rule them all" mentality. Microsoft is treating AI like we treat any professional toolkit , you wouldn't use a hammer for every job, so why use one AI model for everything? Think of it like having a specialized team where each expert handles what they do best. What really caught my attention? Microsoft will actually pay AWS (through Amazon Bedrock) every time Claude powers a Copilot task. Despite being fierce cloud competitors, they're collaborating at the AI layer because user experience trumps corporate rivalry. When it comes to AI innovation, traditional rivalries are taking a backseat to user experience. This feels like the start of something bigger. Instead of being locked into one AI's strengths and weaknesses, we'll soon expect our tools to intelligently choose the best AI for each task. The official announcement is coming soon, but the message is already crystal clear: the future of AI productivity isn't about picking sides, it's about picking what works. Do you think multi-model AI platforms will become the standard, or will we see one model eventually dominate across all use cases? Is Microsoft Copilot’s agents the same as OpenAI’s Custom GPTs? On the surface, yes. But the differences matter for businesses. Both approaches create specialized AI assistants: ☑️Built on large language models. ☑️Tailored with instructions and knowledge. ☑️Able to extend into tools and workflows. But here’s where they split: ✅ Copilot agents • Deeply integrated into Microsoft 365. • Instant access to your docs, emails, and meetings. • Strong on enterprise compliance and security. ⚠️ Cons • Locked inside Microsoft’s ecosystem. • Limited flexibility for custom integrations. ✅ Custom GPTs • Flexible to design unique assistants. • Easy to plug in APIs, external knowledge, or niche workflows. • Deployable beyond one platform. ⚠️ Cons • Less native integration with enterprise suites. • Requires setup and management. The similarity is uncanny. Both move us toward AI agents that act like digital colleagues. The choice depends on where you want control. If your company runs fully on Microsoft, Copilot agents fit seamlessly. If you want flexibility to build industry-specific or customer-facing AI, Custom GPTs win. What would you choose for your business: integration convenience or customization freedom? 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 Microsoft is bringing Copilot into more and more tools, making everyday work faster and often easier. The opportunity is clear — people can spend less time on routine tasks and more time on meaningful work. At the same time, it’s worth asking how we make sure AI is used with clarity and balance, so it builds both productivity and trust. Maybe the real goal isn’t just adding AI everywhere, but using it in ways that help teams feel more supported and in control. #FutureOfWork #TechLeadership #FractionalCTO #Keynetica
