Anastasis — when the night finally hands back the sun.

Anastasis — when the night finally hands back the sun.

Doing ups and downs in push-ups is fine—but what if the same happens with life?

Not an easy one to face!

Especially when our lows makes us the best friend and doesn’t seem in any mood to leave.

At least we have a friend which is true to its nature!

When life met with its lows, it just not enters but stick like an entire weather season. Even a minute feels like a month long.

The real concern isn’t that it enters the life but how to deal with it?

It is iterative, enters and exits, every now and then and more interestingly without even knocking on the door.

Sometimes we ourselves have to face it on the front line; other times it’s the people we care deeply about.

Whatever the way it enters in our life but it stays for sure.

This situation led us to start a chapter in our life, we never wanted! We gradually start to lose every little hope left within us and turn ourselves purposeless. We keep on pausing association with all the good activities, friendships and start finding ourselves at a place, we never wanted to be.

We create our own imaginary black box and don’t let anyone in, even our loved ones.

What once seemed good now appears flawed, while what was bad begins to seem better.

In short, life takes a full 360-degree turn.

It is normal for almost everyone to face highs and lows but it gets worst when we don’t know how to deal with them, these things gradually start overshadowing us and turn into a situation which we call “Depression”.

Over time, we may enter a phase where the outside world feels empty and irrelevant, as if nothing out there holds any real value for us. Everything begins to feel like a burden, and a deep sense of inferiority takes hold, making us believe we are not good enough to engage with life or deserve anything better.

At this point, we are certain that lows won’t be leaving its place and we have to come up with a way to deal with them.

Pause here. Listen!

Sometimes life takes unexpected turn beyond what we have imagined!

Life isn’t simple, nothing comes for free, we have to put a lot of efforts to make things work but thankfully something is out there in the world which make things a lot easier & simpler than we have thought of!

God surprises us with something we have least expected of.

What we need is a “Re-start”, but jut this won’t take us out of the situation rather a “Re-start” accompanied by spirituality is what it takes.

Let’s get on the road where we can guide our horses down the right path.

-          Start by re-doing tiny tasks which brings us little moment of satisfaction. These moments are necessary to move forward but to come out of this hell, begin engaging spiritually, let spirituality become our chariot.

-          Finding ways to do good for others, it heals us from the depth of our heart.

-          Don’t force yourself. Engage naturally.

-          Keep patience and belief in the supreme power that helps bring us back on track.

These small changes together with spiritual engagement will bring a dramatic change in life.

We may not even notice the transition happening—but take a moment, pause, and see how far you’ve come.

We begin losing grip on bad habits and starts stepping out of the black box naturally.

We develop calmness, inner peace and deeper understanding of the real world. This, in turn, fuels us to stay positive & grounded.

We may call it life changing journey, moving from a dark, closed space into the open world and starting to find a better version of ourselves.

Engaging spiritually doesn’t always mean renouncing from the material world and becoming a monk. It means living up to our dreams, cherishing this human experience and using our unique gift of being human to make life better for other too.
