Evening Routines Build Morning Wins

Want to sleep better and think clearer tomorrow? Start tonight—with a consistent wind-down ritual.

Did You Know....?

That introducing a sleep routine into your day/evening can enhance your chances for waking up more restful? I didn't know that, but listened to the current science-driven sleep reserach going around and found that since I've implemented a sleep routine, I've indeed had more mornings waking up rested than I recall prior to having the routine in-place.

Why Is It Important To You?

How to Implement This Idea?

  1. Reducing screen time an hour before bed boosts melatonin production.

  2. Low lighting, calming scents like lavender, or journaling can signal your body it’s time to rest.

  3. Meditation, a moment of Prayer and/or Breathwork can lower cortisol, easing you into deeper sleep.

Key Takeaway: Your Productivity Tomorrow Hinges on Tonight's Restful Sleep!

Key Actionable Next Step: Tonight, set an alarm—not to wake up, but to power down. One hour before bed, switch to ambient lighting, silence notifications, and take five minutes to journal or do breathwork. The consistency of this ritual will shape brighter, more focused mornings. Having such mornings may just be the key you need to enjoy your day more fully!
