LET'S EXPERIENCE!!

LET'S EXPERIENCE!!

Experience, a down-reaching ten letter word that deceives, twinges, lacerates and persecutes every fresher’s life. But, experience is a mother of everything. The origin of expertise is attained through it. It’s impossible to be lost, absurd to be procured by money, at no time can be rented!

These ten let’s thousand fall sick by deliberate trying, climbing up and down every colossal building and by toting the resume every day. If the value is huge for the term “experience”, then why not give a chance for the comer to experience?

Every experienced person was once a basic. It was some experienced, who gave a chance to change as a fair and square. It beholds so bad, when someone tells you that, you need a minimum experience to join the company. If in cosmos you need only the experienced, then who will give an opportunity for the brand new?

New, after the four year hard work just sits back house hold with more potential and creativity contrasted with no experience. It’s important to note that, the most prolific inventions in the latter days are by the new-fangled, no experienced.

A broad vision oriented firm will always prefer the new, not just the fact that they try to be different. It’s just they believe that the new savvy’s could explore same things different. Yet, there are very few companies who prefer this idea. Rest look for the experienced ones but then they accept those who are referred! This case is hypothetical. I still don’t understand the difference between the simple fresh graduate and the fresh graduate with reference.

The numbers are huge who take in the referred fresh rather than the simple fresh. What is the difference between them? When there is an experience essential, then why is this scenario being encouraged? Is it that they have better dexterity and quick wit? Few things are rock hard to take in.

It’s a mutual bitter feeling amidst youngsters, looking at a fresh engineering graduate working below the level board. I see people struggling to get a job in their respective core platforms. Hence with no other go, they do a job even with a less take home. The value of esteemed degree is lost somewhere.

Even with few people I came through, they literally had no experience. They struggled so badly for more months or even for years to get a job in their aspired area by facing hell a lot of criticism about their abilities, the inner trauma while seeing their pals earning, and the stress that eradicates their levels of hope. In one way or the other after big hardships, they cope up their confidence and hopes back to strive forward. Finally, they land up safely in their desired destination. At last a long wait ends! As far as I’ve seen, every elongated wait results in best outputs than expected.

It’s important to have an experienced and skilled set of people in your company. At the same time, it’s important not to sail in the same boat, because you will end up neither less nor with high results. Fresh minds have a different frequency. They provide new dimensions, their way of approach is peculiar and at times weird too! That’s the way they re-invent the invented. It would always sound good, the combination of experienced and the beginner! Experienced know what to do and how to do, while the fresher knows how to do it differently. This always helps to put things great!

I wish, the intake of fresher’s in every company happens in the upcoming years. Being concerned to this point, equal preference has to be given between the skilled fresher and the recommended.

Let’s experience from our experience and from others’ experience to stay experienced not only in the business point of view but the life aspect too!
