Fay Wagstaff joined the Company in July 2013, following a 21 year career in Offshore Banking which saw her working across Europe and the offshore islands.
During this time, she developed a wealth of skills and experience to enable her to effectively support and develop the business and staff.
Her role is varied and includes, first and foremost, supporting all staff across the Group, providing HR advice and support, managing recruitment, premises, IT, Health and Safety and working with the Board and Managing Director.
Fay also manages central, Companywide policies and procedures and leads the team of Office Managers who support the Group.
Fay strives for excellence and efficiency with the aim of continuous improvement for her, her team and the Company
