Thaddaeus Jackson-Browne MRTPI has over 15 years of professional experience, first working for Transport for London’s Planning team (that formed part of the Mayor of London’s Planning Decisions Unit function) to secure S106 and S279 Agreement financial contributions, along with other transport and infrastructure related mitigation measures for major and strategic scale developments across Greater London.
Thaddaeus then moved onto working in Land Referencing to facilitate the Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) land acquisitions for Thames Water’s Thames Tideway sewage scheme and Network Rail’s Thameslink Programme.
He then worked for 10 years at one of the UK’s largest real estate surveying businesses in the Planning & Development service line, managing land use planning consultancy work for various key clients of the business.
Thaddaeus was made Land Director there, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer working on major regeneration development deal transactions.
Thaddaeus left that business to set up his own venture, but then joined DLP in 2024 as a Director to lead the London Planning team.
Whilst he works across most sectors, he is particularly passionate and focused on the need for new Data Centres, the delivery of much needed new homes through more intensified and higher density residential developments, and the construction of new warehousing & logistics schemes to deliver goods and products to existing and emerging communities.
