Investor in Customers Gold and A Company That Cares awards
Following our Investor in Customers assessment, which surveyed customers and staff, we have once again been awarded IIC Gold, alongside their new ‘A Company That Cares’ award.
We were delighted with the news that our overall score has increased from 8.88 in 2023 to 9.03 in 2025, with both employee and customer overall scores seeing an uplift. Thank you to our customers for taking the time to complete the survey.
