Issue #1 | When Delegation Becomes a Spiritual Test
There comes a point in every leader’s life where they have to ask:
“Can I let go… and still feel aligned?”
We talk about delegation like it’s just a business tactic. A skill to learn. A checkbox in leadership.
But sometimes, it’s more than that. Sometimes, delegation becomes a spiritual test.
Because the truth is…
You don’t delegate because you’re weak.
You delegate because you understand trust.
You release control not because you’re careless but because you’re grounded.
But here’s where it gets difficult: Letting go externally is easy. Letting go internally of ego, fear, and perfectionism, that’s the real test.
🌙 Delegation is Tawakkul
When you hand over a task and say to almighty,
“I’ve prepared this person. I’ve done my part. I leave the rest to You.”
That’s no longer management. That’s worship.
True delegation is not just trusting people. It’s trusting that barakah doesn’t come from control. It comes from clarity, training, and prayer.
🧠 For Founders:
Are you delegating, or just dumping?
Are you preparing others, or protecting your own ego?
Are you building systems that can thrive without you… or clinging to identity through busyness?
🕯️ This Week:
Pick one task you’ve been holding too tightly. Create a simple guide. Hand it over with clarity. Say “Bismillah.” (I begin with intention and leave the rest to the One who writes every step).
Let go as worship, not withdrawal.
