Student Record Management
 The Student Management System can handle all the details about a
Student. The details include School/Schools details, Course details,
Students personal details, teachers details etc.,
 It tracks all the details of a student from the day one to the end of
his course which can be used for all reporting purpose, tracking of
attendance, progress in the subjects, completed semesters years,
marks reports, fees reports, student remarks, absent report and
merit certificate.

1. Descriptive indicator mapped for continuous and comprehensive
evaluation: it cover all aspects of the student development.

2. Bus module allows for variable price (bus fees) allocation based on
Distance Bus fees received by the student according to the distance where he
pick up and drop.
3. A student record shall consist of all information that may reasonably be used for educational decision
making.
4. Schools will annually review the student record for
accuracy & completeness.
6. Principals are required to establish procedures &
guide staff in development and maintenance of
a student record for every student enrolled
in the schools.
Importance
 This module provide a student & teachers information.
 It helps to teachers to make progress chart & student remarks.
 All the details regarding student can be send through
sms & email.
Student Master
The module facilitates entry of student's basic data including parent details and emergency
contacts and the time of admission. You also have the option to include the photograph of the
student with the master data. A student is identified with a unique registration no. that remains
unique for a particular student for ever in the database. We try to capture as much as data as
possible and this data can be used to generated the
following reports

 Identity Card
 Library Card
 Activity Report
 6th Subject Report
 House Wise Report
 Admission Year Wise List
Reporting
Our reporting system is highly flexible which allows you to completely customize the report. Apart from the
report card you can get further statistical reports. You can select your own subjects for each class and can define a
maximum of 4 exams.

Fees Management
This Module is Business optimization of Process of Fees. It includes Different
reports of Fee collections that is fees transaction, misc. fees, less fees received, bus
fees transaction, fees refund entry, fees refund receipt entry and it generates fee
book data.
Transport Management
This module caters to all facets of transportation and provides tools for optimization of the process.
 This module included bus wise and class wise segmentation.
 A student's joining or leaving of bus is captured in the entry module . A student may opt for change in pick up or
drop point, this can be permanent or temporary.
 In this module vehicle details entry and vehicle repairing entry included
 Students data enrolled for using of Transport service of school,
students fees collected.

Time­Table Management
 This module will cover the information regarding time table of all classes section wise
with theirs time of class & teacher Concerned. This module will also provide the
Time- Table Information to teacher wise and /or class wise.
 Admin Part will be provided to Add and
Manipulate Time table of all courses
with all inputs needed.
Lesson Plan
To keep a track of progress of each subject in a class we have created an area in the software where
a lesson plan can be entered before the start of each session. The plan can be broken down subject wise
chapter wise and the same can be tracked on a regular basis by making entry of the progress
made in each class / section. This will
help the teacher / principal / responsible
authority to keep a tab on the progress
of each subject in each class section.
Once the lesson is completed it can
be marked as completed and a variance
report can be generated for
analysis purpose.

This exhaustive Module will be for full optimization of all Processes related to Library and its Management . This module covers

This Module will provide facility for communication between college & students gurdians.

information suggestion is posted by Teacher for the students.
 SMS facility is built into the software .
We can relate this to any service provider
as per your requirement. The software
has been done in such a manner that the
message can be sent class wise or
class wise section wise, or to even
individual group of students.
Faculty Management
This sub section will provide Add and Manipulate Faculty Details. Which includes their
profile information also. It covers Faculty Mobility which covers Staff Name, Staff Number, Staff
residential. number, Staff Attendance (Dates, Time in and out) and records of On leave,
Attending courses. Leave Tracking will also be a part of this module. It includes - Type of leave,
number of days, start and end date of leave and leave reason.
Others
 We have query option for general management. You can search for a student based on name, address, father name,
occupation, mother name , occupation etc.
 Student master can be exported to excel with choice of selected information.
 Query for non-entry of marks helps in marks entry process.
It helps in identifying if any subject has been missed for entry of marks.
 Student statistics report is generated to have a snapshot
of number of students in each class section.
 Promotion can be handled from within the software,
The students will be promoted to next class,
if they fail then the class remains the same.
An optional section rotation logic based on
marks obtained is also incorporated so as to
allow for distributing students of different
merit equally across sections.

Motivation
The motivation of this project is to design a project that will help
School/Schools Management to manage
their student database easily.
Conclusion
 Each Principal shall make provision at the school to secure student records so that access
is restricted to authorized personnel only.
 The user can easily maintain their school/schools student details.
 Not to worry about data loss.
 Only the permit and authorized can log in,
no other user can harm the database.
