- 11. RFQ: Key Head & Side Cap (Automotive Part) This project has been introduced by STX, who are looking for outsource suppliers to meet the current production demand of 400,000 pcs per month. ESI has received the raw parts and we managed to get the compatible visual look with the existing sample only suffering from some “over-polish” due to high speed rpm during brushing process. We are now still in discussion stage for the competitive price for whole process from tooling development to delivery.
