International frameworks for adaptation and the role of civil society. Discrete pieces of work will be grouped together to develop country specific ‘work-streams’ 3. Each work-stream could be lead by a ministry or a technical body 4. Examples of work-streams could include: 1. Institutional arrangements 2. Assessment of economic costs 3. Assessment of risks and vulnerabilities 4. M&E
