INTRODUCTION ❖ It's an advanced feature in odoo 14 where users can view the dashboard for the purchase module. ❖ In the purchase module above the list view of purchase orders and quotations you can see a dashboard with a lot of details including the status of all RFQ’s and my RFQ’s with a count of RFQ’s in three states: To send, Waiting, Late.
- 3. ❖ You can see the dashboard available in Purchase Module community version. It contains all the basic necessary information.
- 4. ❖ The 6 blue items are buttons which when clicked on we can get filtered records in that specific state, first one “TO SENT” which shows RFQ that is needed to be sent to vendor.
- 5. ❖ Next one is “Waiting” which are sent to vendor and waiting to be converted to purchase order.
- 6. ❖ Here you can see all the RFQ that have been in draft, sent, to approve state will be shown here.
- 7. ❖ These buttons gives similar filtered results but applies only for the RFQs created by the logged in user.
- 8. ❖ Here it will show informations like Avg Order Value, Number of Purchased Last 7 Days, Lead Time to Purchase and RFQs Sent Last 7 Days.
