It focuses on natural abilities and preferences of a learner to enlighten apt learning path leading to star career or professions. This is a modular program. Module I: Star Explorer This module aims to discover natural strengths-weaknesses, natural style of learning and basic personality elements of learners by ‘Observational Analysis’. In this module learners are observed in groups during their routine activities. Based on observations, high level profile of each learner will be created. Module II: Advance Star Explorer This module aims to refine the high level profile created in previous modules. In this module learner is observed in specially designed, active and free environment. Observations are analyzed to discover more details of profile. Module III: Discover apt learning path This module aims to design apt learning path based on the profile created and discussions with learner, parents. This learning path will evolve continuously based on periodic profile revisions and reviews of progress. Learning plan will be designed to strengthen natural strengths, develop foundation creative, analytical, management & advance strengths and overcome on weaknesses or transform it into strengths. We believe that natural strengths are more often good enough to overcome weaknesses for better results. Who can register for modules? Practically anyone but since the modules are based on observing and analyzing behaviors, interactions and actions-responses of an individual in a group, we propose to register in a group like schools, ‘After School’ day cares, activity centers, residential societies, clubs, corporate companies etc. We welcome individual registrations as well. We will approach your associated groups to get registered with you. Or else will introduce to you one of the registered group appropriate for you.
