DextrFlex is a multi-tenant SaaS product built on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
intended to solve for Amazon Connect customer’s desired capabilities. Primary
features include an Agent and Supervisor Dashboard, providing additional
capabilities not included in the native Amazon Connect Interface as well as
providing additional channels for agents to engage with customers
Media Box provides complete Over the Top programming and
streaming services on top of Amazon Elemental. We provide you
with real-time dashboards enhanced reporting, detailed analytics,
customer content delivery and video library recording and search
capabilities.

Implementation of a contact center platform (Amazon Connect), integrated with
existing Data Warehouse (RedShift) and Business Intelligence Services (Tableau).
Approach
Implemented data lake style architecture, with Kinesis-streamed data and integration
with existing Redshift Clusters via Spectrum. Primary decision points around data
ingestion, storage and retrieval.
Results
Inception to launch completed in 6 weeks, replicating existing business intelligence
capabilities, and incremental data additions, reporting additions and performance
enhancements over lifecycle of project.

Loading and ongoing replication of clickstream data from third party provider for use
in existing Business Intelligence reports.
Approach
Implemented DMS and Redshift, with connectivity to Internet for source data
replication, and connectivity to user VPCs for interactive querying. Primary decision
points around data ingestion (third party versus DMS), node/storge type selection and
retrieval patterns.
Results
Solution was implemented utilizing native AWS services, integrated with customer’s
existing end-user access approach and business intelligence package (Tableau).
