 Concept selling & service of Rockwell Automation AC Drive, control system, motion control, safety
product, Industrial control product, switch gear, which offers complete solutions for several vertical
segments like pharmaceuticals, chemicals, power, paper , water treatment, steel for DCS / PLC ,HMI
& SCADA systems, Turnkey C&I Package. Also responsible for Rockwell Automation control
systems FI( Field Instruments)Product business. I am working with Process End Users as well as
OEM. For some of the End User and Process OEM, Consultants are involved to decide the Technical
specifications. In such cases, I am responsible for the approval of our products with the consultants.
 Perform primary and secondary research to get the clients
 Approach clients and meet them to demonstrate our products
 Generate enquiries from clients
 Convert enquiries to Purchase orders
 After receiving PO forwarding the same to HO for further processing
 Responsible for payment collection as per the terms and condition set by HO
 Maintain client relationship to generate regular enquiries
 Installation & commissioning of PLC programming, SCADA, DCS systems ,DPT, PID
Temperature controllers, ON-OFF, Time proportional temp. controller with timer, auto-tune
controllers, universal and programmable temperature controller ,humidity controller,indicators,8-16
channel and Expandable up to128 channel universal data loggers cum recorder.
 Programming and parameter configurations of all the process, & field control equipments at client
site.
 Setting alarm parameters, input ,output ,supervisory and profile parameters in controllers
 Presenting demo to technical persons and guiding technicians at the time of installation on wiring at
customer site
 Calibration and Troubleshooting of the process control equipments at customer end.
 Reporting regularly to Service Manager and R&D dept. preparing installation, service and
calibration reports.
 Planning required up gradation for instruments to achieve production quality and cost
minimizing
 Technical support for the sales engineer team.
